Rich is responsible for construction and is a California licensed General Contractor. For more than 25 years, he was the executive in charge of development and construction for Branagh Development, a builder and developer of custom and semi-custom homes from its inception in 1986 until 2013. Rich has extensive knowledge of fine design and construction, code and regulatory requirements, specifications, and materials.
